What HT University is
HT University is a golf coaching app. Lessons are filmed by PGA player Harry Taylor and organised into three tracks — Junior, Short game and On-course — alongside a golf GPS and optional sync with the Sight™ rangefinder. The lessons, the progress tracker and the GPS all live in the app.

Subscription and pricing
HT University is $14.99 per month or $149.99 per year. The app also has a free tier — the first three lessons plus the golf GPS — with no payment.
Cancelling your subscription
If you subscribed inside the app, HTG cannot cancel it for you. In-app subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google, not by us, so the cancellation has to be made in their account settings.
iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, tap your name at the top (Apple Account), tap Subscriptions, select HT University, then tap Cancel Subscription.
Or go straight there: manage your Apple subscriptions.
Android
Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select HT University and cancel it there.
Or go straight there: manage your Google Play subscriptions.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. It keeps renewing until you cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. This is the single most common support request we get, so please check there first.
If you bought a plan on the Harry Taylor Golf website rather than in the app, it is not an App Store or Google Play purchase — email support@harrytaylorgolf.com about that one.
Restoring purchases
Your HT University subscription belongs to the App Store or Google Play account you bought it with, not to the handset. If you change phone, reset it, or delete and reinstall the app, you do not buy it again.
iPhone and iPad. Install HT University from the App Store while signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with, then open the app and sign in. If your lessons are still locked, tap Restore purchases in the app — that asks the App Store to confirm your subscription and unlocks it.
Android. Install HT University from Google Play while signed in with the same Google Account you subscribed with, then open the app and sign in. Google Play reports the active subscription back to the app.
Still locked? If the App Store or Google Play shows your subscription as active and the app disagrees, email support@harrytaylorgolf.com from the address on your HT University account and we will restore access by hand.
If you bought your plan on the Harry Taylor Golf website rather than in the app there is no store purchase to restore — sign in to the app with the same email address you used at checkout, and email us if it does not unlock.
For parents
HT University is used by junior golfers, including children under 13. A junior account is set up by a parent or guardian, who consents to what the app collects before the account is activated.
If you are the parent or guardian on an account, you can at any time:
- see everything we hold about your child;
- have it corrected;
- have it deleted, including any swing photos or video;
- withdraw your consent, which closes the account and deletes the data; and
- refuse location, photo or video collection while keeping the rest of the app.
Email support@harrytaylorgolf.com from the address on the account, or call (323) 484-4653. We may need to confirm you are the parent or guardian first, so that nobody else can make that request about your child. Full detail is in Children, parents and consent.
Swing photos and video are never public and are never used in marketing or on social media without a parent or guardian agreeing in writing first.
Deleting your account
You can delete your HT University account from inside the app, in your account or profile settings. Deleting it removes your profile, your activity and anything you have uploaded.
If you cannot find it, or you would rather we did it, email support@harrytaylorgolf.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a junior account and everything in it — see For parents.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel that separately using the steps above, or it keeps billing.
